Health Insurance Information
Family Access to Medical Insurance Security Plan - FAMIS
Children in Virginia Beach City Public Schools (VBCPS) may not have access to health insurance. VBCPS has responded to this need by establishing a partnership with the Hampton Roads Community Health Centers.
Recognizing the important link between health, wellness and learning, this partnership has been formed to assist parents/guardians, of our students without health insurance, in FAMIS: Virginia's health insurance program enrollment process.
