High School Course Information

The Parent/Student Course Information Documents outline the expectations for all core and elective courses offered in VBCPS high schools and the Renaissance Academy, Advanced Technology Center and the Technical and Career Education Center. In each high school, two programs of study are offered: Standard and Advanced Studies. For the advanced studies program, students must earn additional credits and must also take higher levels of science, mathematics and world languages languages. The Secondary School Curriculum Guide is available to assist students and their parents with the selection of courses.
