ADMINISTRATION

Evaluation of Administrative Personnel

Administrative personnel will be evaluated in keeping with this regulation.

  1. Orientation

    The evaluation process and procedure will be reviewed with staff members.

  2. Schedule of Evaluations for Administrators
    1. During the first three (3) years of service, the employee will be evaluated annually.
    2. Thereafter, administrators who have completed three (3) or more years of experience in these same positions within the School Division will be evaluated every three years, at a minimum.
    3. An individual may request additional evaluations.
    4. Supervisors may conduct additional evaluations at any time.
