The Virginia Department of Education (VDOE) released Standard of Learning (SOL) pass rate data on Aug. 27. The overall SOL pass rates for Virginia Beach City Public Schools (VBCPS) exceeded the state pass rates in all subject areas.

We know that artificial intelligence (AI) is a new and quickly evolving area in education. To support families and staff, we will provide resources here that explain how AI is being used in Virginia Beach City Public Schools and how you can partner with us to make sure students use it wisely.
