Regulation 5-25.1
STUDENTS
Students Without Records
The following procedures will be used in cases where school records are unavailable.
- School personnel will obtain a statement from the adult student/parent or legal guardian of a minor student attesting to the fact that records are not available.
- The student's educational background will be reconstructed and the student will be placed in the appropriate grade; under certain circumstances, the student should be placed at the age-appropriate level.
- Secondary students will be scheduled to earn an average of 5 1/2 credits for each grade level of enrollment.
- Students who complete the required subjects and meet all diploma requirements from the time of entering the School Division will be eligible for graduation.
