At its Jan. 13 meeting, the School Board of the City of Virginia Beach reelected Kathleen Brown as chair and Carolyn Weems as vice chair. Brown has served on the School Board for three years and Weems for 23 years. "Thank you, colleagues, for your faith in me to continue with this role," Brown said at the meeting.
