Bayside High Dr. William Owen "I wish I could do more," is his constant mantra, yet Dr. Owen has been the prime volunteer mover in the creation of Bayside's Health Sciences Academy. A pediatric oncologist/hematologist and adjunct professor at EVMS, he still finds time for Bayside.
