Open Campus Sergeant Tony Johnson of the U. S. Army Recruiting office is this year' honoree from Open Campus. Tony volunteers in senior English classes, assists in the school office, and makes career day presentations. Tony has also assisted with field trips and assembly programs. Open Campus offers both day and evening programs. Tony often worked a "double shift", staying through both sessions. After September 11, Tony spent time talking with students about their worries, for loved ones in the military, about the possibility of the draft being reinstated… about the threat of further attacks, and the threat of war.
