Kempsville High At Kempsville High, Debbie Lowrance has been offering her support for nearly thirty years…since she was a toddler! Debbie's official positions included Athletic Boosters President, but she has served the school in numerous other areas, as well. Debbie worked with the All-Night Drug Free Graduation Celebration, helped coordinate student projects to raise money for relief efforts for those affected by the events of September 11, assists with teacher hospitality, and, according to Kempsville High Principal Lou Tonelson, "she gets the job done without a lot of fanfare." They've come to depend on Debbie's solid support at Kempsville High, and she continues to come through for the students and staff.
