Brandon Middle Brandon Middle School's 2002 Volunteer of the Year is Cindy Bailey. Cindy is Brandon PTA's Vice President for membership, and in that role has helped to build the organization's roster to nearly triple the number of members a year ago. Cindy also works in the school store in the cafeteria and library, sells tickets for events. According to Brandon Principal, Catherine Rogers, every school should be lucky enough to have someone like Cindy on its "unofficial" (but highly valued) staff.
