Contracted school bus drivers and assistants working at least 5 hours a day will receive the following benefits:
- A starting salary of $11.19 an hour or $9.09 an hour for a bus driver assistant
- Comprehensive paid training (classroom and behind-the-wheel)
- Flexible hours
- Retirement Plan with vesting after 5 years (Virginia Retirement System - fully paid by VBCPS)
