2011-2012 School Board Meetings

When?
The School Board of the City of Virginia Beach meets in the School Board Room located in the School Administration Building. The Formal Meeting begins at 6:15 p.m. and is broadcast live on VBTV Channel 47 and can be viewed via this website.

What?
The agenda is posted on this site prior each meeting . Supporting agenda documents are available for public inspection on our website and in the School Board Clerk’s Office prior to the meeting.

Want to speak?
Citizens and delegations are welcome to speak at School Board meetings during one of the two dedicated hearings scheduled at each meeting. Remarks are limited to three minutes per person. Requests to address the Board are made through the clerk of the Board by calling 757.263.1016 by noon the day of the meeting.
