When?
The School Board of the City of Virginia Beach meets in the School Board Room here at the School Administration Building. The Formal Meeting begins at 6:15 p.m. and is broadcast live on Cox Cable Channel 47.
What?
The agenda is published in the Sunday edition of the Virginia Beach Beacon prior to the meeting. Supporting agenda documents are available for public inspection on our Web site and in the School Board Clerk’s Office prior to the meeting.
Want to speak?
Citizens and delegations are welcome to speak at School Board meetings during one of the two dedicated hearings scheduled at each meeting. Remarks are limited to three minutes per person. Requests to address the Board are made through the clerk of the Board by calling 757.263.1016 by noon the day of the meeting.
