Food Service Program Available During
Intersessions at Seatack Elementary

 

During the 2008-2009 school year, Virginia Beach City Public Schools will offer breakfast and snacks to children and teenagers, 2 years to 18 years of age, at Seatack Elementary as part of the year-round school’s three intersessions: September 30 - October 10, 2008; January 2 - 16, 2009; and March 30 - April 9, 2009.   Meals provided during this time will be offered to all children, without charge, via funding through the federal government’s Summer Food Service Program.

Acceptance and participation requirements for the program and all activities are the same for all regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age, or disability and there will be no discrimination in the course of the meal service.

Hours of operation for the Summer Food Service Program, during Seatack Elemementary’s intersessions are 7:30 a.m. –  8:00 a.m. for breakfast and 10:30 – 10:45 a.m. for snacks. Seatack Elementary is located at 912 South Birdneck Road.
