The Virginia Beach School Board will hold its next regular meeting on Tuesday, April 22, at the School Administration Building. The informal meeting will begin at 4:30 p.m. in the einstein.lab. A workshop will be held to address the following:

• Program of Work Update: Third Quarter
• FY08 Quarterly Forecast: Fourth Quarter

A closed meeting to address Personnel Matters will be held immediately following the workshop.

The Hearing of Citizens and Delegations on Non-Agenda Items will begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. in the School Board Room. The formal meeting, which will be broadcast live on VBTV Channel 47 beginning at 6:15 p.m., includes student, employee and public awards and recognition, and a hearing of citizens and delegations on agenda items. A second workshop addressing Board Member Replacement Process (as needed) and Summer School Tuition, will continue after committee reports. Delegations and citizens wishing to address the Board on April 22 should sign up to speak on agenda items by contacting the Clerk of the School Board at 263.1016 by noon the day of the meeting and by 3:00 p.m. for non-agenda items.
