The Virginia Beach School Board will hold its next regular meeting on Wednesday, September 5, at the School Administration Building. The informal meeting will convene at 3:00 p.m. in the einstein.lab. A Workshop will be held addressing the 2008 Health Plan and the Comprehensive Long Range Facilities Master Plan. A closed meeting will follow, if necessary.

The Hearing of Citizens and Delegations on Non-Agenda Items during an informal meeting will begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. in the School Board Room. The formal meeting, which will be broadcast live on VBTV Channel 47, will begin at 6:15 p.m. includes student, employee and public awards and recognition, and a hearing of citizens and delegations. A second workshop will be held after the vote on remaining action items to discuss Boardsmanship. The current meeting agenda and supporting documents are available for public review on the School Division's Web site.
