COMMUNITY RELATIONS

Publication of Reports

Written reports to the school board may be released for publication only after they have been received by the board at an official school board meeting.

All reports of the school division which are to be presented to either citizens or government official shall be presented to the board for approval prior to their release. Reports required by law or of a statistical nature may be released upon the approval of the superintendent, or a designee.
