COMMUNITY RELATIONS

Facility Use and Maintenance Agreement Between Virginia Beach City Public Schools and Department of Parks and Recreation

The School Board and the City will collaborate to provide first priority of use for both School facilities and City Parks and Recreation facilities to School Division and City sponsored programs. The School Board and the City may memorialize the procedures and understandings for use of facilities through a Memorandum of Agreement or informal means of communication. Where practical and in the best interests of both the School Board and the City, maintenance services for facilities used will be cooperatively addressed.
