COMMUNITY RELATIONS

Soliciting from/by School Personnel

A.  Soliciting from School Personnel

No person is to enter any school grounds or properties for the purpose of soliciting from school personnel without the consent of the principal or supervisor of the work site.

B.  Soliciting by School Personnel

School employee organizations shall engage in fund-raising projects or solicitation in the community under regulations approved by the superintendent.

C.  Emergencies and Disasters

The superintendent is authorized to approve the solicitation of voluntary contributions to local fund drives that are of an emergency nature or that are in response to disasters having a strong emotional effect on the community .
