INSTRUCTION
Access to Programs
Access to and participation in course offerings, extracurricular activities, school organizations and competitive athletics shall be open to all students as mandated in federal legislation as cited in the legal reference to this policy.
The superintendent shall develop internal procedures for ensuring compliance with these regulations.
