INSTRUCTION

Educational Television/Telecommunications Programs

The school division shall be affiliated with the Hampton Roads Educational Telecommunications Association (WHRO).

Educational television is an aid for the use by instructional personnel to enhance the learning opportunities of all students. Principals, teachers, librarians and parents are urged to review and evaluate the worthiness of ETV programs and materials in light of the division's curricula. The school board, within budget limitations, will provide modern television components and systems at all grade levels in all schools.
