INSTRUCTION

Driver Education

Driver education will be made available to all eligible students according to the provisions of Virginia law and Virginia Board of Education regulations.

Students under age eighteen (18) will not receive a driver's license unless they meet the provisions of § 46.2-334 of the Code of Virginia as cited in the legal reference to this policy.

The School Board may establish fees for the behind-the-wheel phase of the instructional program.
