Regulation 5-69.2

STUDENTS

Fees: Textbook and Supplementary Materials

A.  The school board has authorized the superintendent to institute a system providing free textbooks and supplementary materials to all students.

B.  Students are responsible for the return of the textbooks in good condition, normal wear and tear excepted.

C.  Students will be required to reimburse the school division for lost and damaged books.

D.  Charges collected for damaged books are at the discretion of the principal. All charges collected for lost or damaged books will be properly receipted by personnel designated by the principal.
