STUDENTS

Student Accident and Dental Insurance

A.  Generally

The school board shall annually adopt a program of accident and dental insurance for students and afford students the opportunity to purchase protection under these plans.

B.  Students Participating in Interscholastic Athletics

Students participating in interscholastic athletics shall not be permitted to participate until covered by accident insurance. The premiums for such insurance will be paid from athletic funds of the individual school.
