PERSONNEL

Employee Groups

The following groups of employees shall be considered “employee groups” for purposes of the Employee Input Process as defined in Policy 4-8:

  1. Instructional personnel (includes teachers, guidance personnel and library media specialists).

  2. Specialists (e.g. nurses, clinic assistants, psychologists, social workers, occupational therapists, physical therapists, interpreters, audiologists, school improvement specialists, student activities coordinators, speech therapists, student support specialists).

  3. Teacher Assistants.

  4. Custodians.

  5. Administrative Support Services (cafeteria, school plant, environmental services, supply services, facilities planning and construction and bus garage personnel, technology personnel).

  6. Bus Drivers/Bus Assistants.

  7. Clerical personnel.

  8. Professional personnel (includes all personnel in positions classified as Professional in the Compensation Plan who are not included above).

  9. Administrative personnel (includes all personnel in positions classified as Administrative in the Compensation Plan).
