PERSONNEL
Hours of Employment/Work Day
A. Instructional Personnel
Within the following organizational subdivisions regular school hours for instructional personnel will be established:
Secondary Schools - 7 hours and 20 minutes per day
Elementary Schools - 7 hours and 20 minutes per day
B. Employees assigned to the Unified Pay Scale
The hourly work schedule for those employees assigned to the Unified Pay Scale is defined in the written compensation plan that is approved annually by the School Board. Department Heads/Principals are responsible for implementing the established work schedules.
