BUSINESS AND NONINSTRUCTIONAL OPERATIONS
Gifts, Grants and Bequests of Property
The school board may take real and personal property by gift, grant or bequest, and hold and use such property for carrying out the responsibilities of the board.
All gifts, grants or bequests of property shall become the property of the school board but shall be administered in line with the intent of the donor.
