BUSINESS AND NONINSTRUCTIONAL OPERATIONS

Federal Funds

The receipt, and use, of federal funds for a specific project are approved by the school board.

The board may request of the city council an appropriation in anticipation of the receipt of federal funds for any specific project or program.

The funds for such federally funded program or project shall be maintained and accounted for in separate accounts in accordance with state and federal requirements.
