ADMINISTRATION
Administrative Action in Absence of Policy
Where administrative action is required in situations for which no guidelines have been provided by the board, the superintendent shall have the power to act. The superintendent shall inform the board promptly of the action which shall be subject to review by the board at its next regular meeting. The superintendent shall make recommendations for needed policy changes.
