Superintendent's Executive Leadership Team

A.  Purposes

The purposes of the superintendent's executive leadership team are to identify and prioritize current issues, to share information on department tasks, to assist in coordinating efforts across department lines, to advise the superintendent on pending matters and to develop support for superintendent and school board initiatives.

B.  Members

The superintendent, executive assistants to superintendent, associate superintendents, chief financial officer, chief operations officer and special assistant to the superintendent comprise the executive leadership team.

C.  Meetings

Regular meetings are scheduled by the superintendent who may call special meetings as warranted.
