ADMINISTRATION

Organizational Structure

There shall be organizational charts wherein each employee may identify his/her relationship with other employees. The charts should show the line of authority (chain of command) and, where possible, the secondary lines of cooperation expected in the various positions.

The organizational charts shall be a graphic interpretation of the lines of responsibility guidelines established in school board policy # 2-12.
