SCHOOL BOARD BYLAWS

Corporate Seal

The Virginia Beach School Division may, by a majority vote of the school board, adopt a corporate seal. The seal shall have engraved thereon the official title of the division and such other inscription or design as the school board may direct.

The clerk shall serve as custodian of the seal.
