SCHOOL BOARD BYLAWS
Ineligibility for Office
Persons ineligible to serve as a Member of the School Board of the City of Virginia Beach are enumerated in the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended. No employee of the School Board shall be eligible to serve on the School Board.
