Three
Bayside Middle School staff members spent much
of spring break in the school cafeteria. Assistant principal Jeffrey
Hofmann, physical education teacher and coach Paul
Hardy, and social studies teacher and coach Mat
Scott turned one wall into a show of school spirit. They
drew and painted the school's name and mascot and added the slogan
"This is Raider Nation." The three staff members wanted
to do something with the blank wall, and soon a design was chosen.
Hardy had some previous experience in painting the gym wall. Pictured
left to right are Jeff Hofmann, Paul Hardy, Mat Scott. |
