Online Course Registration Form Instructions
2007-2008 School Year

In order to complete and return the Online Course Registration Form please read the following directions:

1. Right click this file: Online Course Registration Form .
2. Select Save Target As. Save the file to your desktop.
3. Close the browser (i.e. Internet Explorer)
4. Open the file that you saved on the desktop (online_registration.rtf ).
5. Complete all information on the registration form.
6. Save the file with your information.
7. Send the completed registration form as an e-mail attachment to .
8. Bring a copy of your Online Course Registration Form with you to your face-to-face registration on June 18 and 19, from 8:00 a.m. to noon at the following cluster schools:
       Online Geometry - Landstown High
       Online English 9 - Princess Anne High
       Online Earth Science - Kempsville High
       Online Government - First Colonial High
   You will pay your summer school registration fee at this time.
