Help Us Keep the Flu Out of School!
| If you have flu-like symptoms such as fever, cough, and sore throat, please contact your health provider. (Additional symptoms may include headache, chills, fatigue and body aches). |
| Please watch for any signs of the flu. Students and staff with flu-like illness should stay home until at least 24 hours after they no longer have a fever or signs of a fever. This should be determined without the use of fever-reducing medications (any medicine that contains ibuprofen or acetaminophen). |
| Should your child display any flu-like symptoms while at school, he or she will be referred to the school nurse. For the safety of others, students and staff with flu-like symptoms will not be able to stay in school. Should a student display flu-like symptoms, his or her parent/guardian will be contacted. |
