The mission of the educational technology program is to enable, encourage, and support the effective integration of technology as a tool for teaching and learning. In an effort to align our practices with national standards (Information Power: Building Partnerships for Learning, ALA 1998) and the Virginia Standards of Learning, the educational technology program developed the following Essential Information Literacy Skills.
