Teaching is demanding, difficult, pain-staking, heart-breaking, rewarding, liberating, beautiful work.  Teaching is an act of love – sometimes it is tough love and sometimes it is nurturing, but love nonetheless.  Teaching is building relationships and getting through to children at their level with their interests.  Teaching is finding connections and looking at the world with different perspectives.
