My genuine love for children and their success is the reason that I am so dedicated to this worthy profession.  Rules alone do not carry power, but building a relationship with a person does.   I build a relationship with each student I teach.  By being an enthusiastic motivator,  the students are actively involved in their learning.  My clear and concise classroom expectations promote a safe and healthy environment for learning.
