Debbie S. Field - Finalist Fourth Grade New Castle Elementary School 16 years of service to VBCPS I absolutely LOVE what I do. I see my students as individuals and every day they teach me what is best for them. My greatest contributions are the security I give to these children, the knowledge I pump into their brains, the genuine love I feel for them, and the hope I give them for their future. They know I believe in them and that I will ALWAYS be their teacher.
