Jill Bowers Speasmaker Fifth Grade John B. Dey Elementary School 16 years of service to VBCPS Teaching is a constant challenge to me. Every new day is filled with change and excitement. My students' progress and enthusiasm are the energy behind my drive to be effective. The rewards of this profession profoundly impact my life as I, in turn, impact the lives of others. I am continually rewarded and challenged by the growth, the curiosity, and the enthusiasm of my students.
