Richard W. DeLugo Fifth Grade Centerville Elementary School 28 years of service to VBCPS Teaching is recognizing that all students are individuals, with different needs, and who learn at different rates. In order for learning to take place, a teacher must structure his lessons and teaching "style" to accommodate the individual differences in children. When this is done, "each child will become all he is capable of being."
