Meg Mazach Manugo - Finalist Tenth/Twelfth Grade, English Bayside High School 5 years of service to VBCPS I chose teaching as a career to make a difference in students' lives. I teach because the students need me. I'm the one constant source of support in many of my students' lives for at least one year and sometimes more. Whether I have them in my classroom for one day or one year, I have an amazing opportunity to assist them as they move one step closer to their goals.
