Kimberly M. McCullough Sixth Grade, Social Studies Bayside Middle School 9 years of service to VBCPS Teaching is like exercise. When you begin teaching, like exercising, you are filled with the excitement of all the wonderful things you hope to achieve. As with all things worth doing, challenges arise and the job gets tougher. If you stick with it, you will see progress, you will achieve results, and you will make a difference. This makes teaching and exercising both worthwhile pursuits.
