Leatha M. Fischer First Grade Bayside Elementary School 14 years of service with VBCPS (23 years total) Teaching is a gift whose contents are wrapped in glorious hues. I relish opportunities to be among those professionals who dedicate their lives to developing expressive and creative talents. I encourage students to accept responsibility for their learning utilizing Kagan structures to facilitate cooperative interaction.
