Margaret Gillan Dush First Grade Arrowhead Elementary School 11 years of service to VBCPS (25 years total) I believe teaching is one of the most fulfilling jobs to which I could aspire. Reaching children so no child is left behind is an adventurous journey. On day one, students know that I am on their side, which empowers them to learn and succeed. I see teaching as an opportunity to mold children's lives, build self-esteem, and educate them to prosper in society. This awesome responsibility makes teaching rewarding.
