Q. Do I need to provide school identification to JourneyEd to purchase these products?
Yes, Microsoft requires that we ensure that you qualify to purchase these products. To do so, when you order online you must enter your first and last name as it appears on your paycheck (employees) or report card (students). Employees must also enter their employee (WISE) number and students must enter their student number.

Q. Can anyone buy from the online store?
No. In order to qualify to purchase these products, you must be a student, teacher or staff member. Parents may place orders on behalf of their children.

Q. How many copies can I purchase of each product?
Each student, teacher and staff can purchase one copy. As a parent, if you have more than one child in a K-12 school in your state, you can purchase a copy of each product for each of your children.

Q. Upon purchase, what will be shipped to me?
All software purchases are packaged as a CD and software license.
