Diamond Springs, Newtown, and Bettie F. Williams elementary schools compose the first elementary tri-campus in the school division. Located in the Bayside area of Virginia Beach, each one of these elementary schools houses two grade levels to specifically target the developmental needs of the children attending these schools.
